Technical Services
Our online programs deliver a world-class online learning environment that offers programs that are exactly as they sound--online. Many programs include additional travel or face-to-face time, but we ensure that you will earn a degree with the same level of quality as our traditional Masters, at your convenience.
The following technology specifications are required to enroll in our online program:
- Microsoft Office Package to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High Speed Internet access (DSL or greater)
- Any web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
We have a team of technical support staff who is here to assist you throughout your online learning experience. We offer live assistance 8:00am-7:00pm, Monday through Friday (CST), and weekend 24-hour call back support. Anytime you encounter a technical problem or require clarification, our technical support staff is ready to help.
